Your ingredients will be continuously basted with their own juices and/or fats, giving them even more flavor. You can use the Rotisserie Kit with or without the convEGGtor, depending on what you're cooking and the EGG's temperature.

Simply place the spit ring on the ceramic base and insert the spit into the ring. Then close the EGG lid to maintain perfect control over the EGG's temperature, as always, combining the benefits of the EGG and the rotisserie. Your food will cook perfectly due to the EGG's airflow, the ceramic's heat reflection, and the rotating spit. The spit ring is made of coated steel, while the spit and its accompanying forks are made of stainless steel. The spit is powered by a quiet yet powerful 220–240 volt motor, ensuring extremely even rotation.
