Quick-Read thermometer

Officially, this product is called the Big Green Egg Quick-Read Digital Food Thermometer. The name speaks for itself. In just a few seconds, the thermometer measures the internal temperature of a leg of lamb or a stuffed chicken. Very accurate (measures temperatures up to 300 °C!). Convenient, compact, and the thermometer handle also serves as a case.
