Cherry wood chips

Every Big Green Egg user has their own style. Give your dishes a special smoky aroma by using wood chips. Mix (water-soaked) wood chips into the charcoal or spread a handful of chips on the glowing coals. You can combine both methods – it all depends on your taste. Choose your wood according to your taste too: hickory, pecan, apple, or cherry. Wood chips are perfect for short smoking sessions.
