All Big Green Egg users have their own style. Give your dishes a special smoky flavour using wood chips. Mix the (water-soaked) wood chips with the charcoal or spread a handful of chips over the glowing coals. You can combine both methods – it all depends on your taste. Choose your wood according to your taste: hickory, pecan, apple or cherry. Wood chips are perfect for short smoking sessions.
