Kariya Wood Chips
Every Big Green Egg user has their own style. Give your dishes a special smoky aroma using wood chips. Mix the (water-soaked) wood chips with the charcoal or spread a handful of chips over the glowing coals. You can combine both methods – it all depends on your taste. Choose the wood according to your preference: hickory, pecan, apple, or cherry. Wood chips are perfect for short smoking sessions.
