From now on, you can easily prepare all these dishes in your Big Green Egg with the Rotisserie Kit – a fantastic new Big Green Egg accessory. The possibilities are endless. Your ingredients will be continuously basted with their own juices and/or fats, adding even more flavour. You can use the Rotisserie Kit with or without the convEGGtor, depending on what you're cooking and the EGG's temperature.

Simply place the spit ring on the ceramic base and insert the spit into the ring. Then close the EGG lid to maintain perfect control over the EGG's temperature, as always, combining the benefits of the EGG and the spit. Your food will cook perfectly thanks to the EGG's airflow, the heat reflection of the ceramic, and the rotating spit. The spit ring is made of coated steel, and the spit and accompanying spit forks are made of stainless steel. The spit is rotated by a quiet yet powerful 220–240 volt motor, ensuring exceptionally smooth rotation.
